This is a great bike. I bought it for my son when he was 18 months old. is of good quality and it works as it was designed to. does not have any pedals you will see negative reviews about this, but the bike is designed so that the kids go directly from this bike a bike without training wheels. This bike is designed to teach kids about their balance on a bike that is because there are no petals. If you want to go biking with the petals then buy one with rose petals, but this one has a specific design
